Desi girl Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas took the plunge on December 1 according to Christian rituals. The couple will now tie the knot in Hindu rituals on 2nd December. The bride and groom initiated their pre-wedding celebrations with a traditional puja ceremony on Wednesday at Priyanka’s residence in Mumbai. It is been done to seek the blessings from God. Nick Jonas brother Joe Jonas and her sister Sophie Turner along with the close friends and relatives attended the puja ceremony.
Priyanka was flattering her beauty in an embroidered pastel blue floral pattern and silver embellishments suit while Nick was alluring his look in a pink kurta.The couple picked designer Manish Malhotra’s for their outfits.
Mehandi and Sangeet ceremony were arranged followed by Cocktail party and Haldi ceremony next day at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jopdhpur.

Couple wants wedding should be private and to make sure that the photos or videos from their intimate affair do not come out, they have paid extra attention to the security around the venue. Guests are not allowed to use cell phones.
