A 14-years-old girl was brutally raped by two brothers on different occasion in the last month in Maharashtra Nagpur’s district confirmed by official police on Tuesday 10dec 2019. Two accused are arrested. One is Akash Sanjay Karemore (27) and the other is Shubham Sanjay Karemore (21).
Girls parents are divorced, her mother works as a labourer, lives in Tembhri village. The girl stay with her relatives at Lakhani village near Bhandara village where girl was studying. During Diwali vacations, the girl visited her mother at Tembhri village where she meet Akash and both got into relationship.
Akash took the girl to Gangapur Takalghat village last month on the pretext of marriage and allegedly raped her. Later other accused Shubham reached there and allegedly raped the minor girl said the official police at MIDC Bitubori police station. The two accused kept the girl at their maternal uncle’s home and tell that the girl is orphan.
The accused take the girl without informing anyone, girls relative start searching her and traced her at Gangapur village.
Police bring the girl at Tembhri and arrested the accused under Indian Penal code sections for rape and provisions of protection of children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) act.
